FinBase* and the FinBase Mapping Tool extension are available for download. Both FinBase and the FinBase Mapping Tool were developed and beta-tested on computers running Windows XP. To use FinBase, you will need to have Microsoft Access 2002 or a later version installed on your computer. To use the FinBase Mapping Tool extension, you will need to have ArcView 8.x or later version and a copy of FinBase installed on your computer. Right-click the link and select the "Save Target As..." option. Save the file to your desktop and double-click to start the installation program. Please note that FinBase and the FinBase Mapping Tool extension are not supported products of the National Ocean Service.
